This week we had a complaint for our popular short ram air intakes for the 2009-2020 Nissan 370z, 2008-2013 Infiniti G37, or 2015 Infiniti Q40 Air Intake With Heat Shields VQ37VHR. It actually has a 0% return rate.
The buyer purchased the intake at the beginning of November for a Christmas present for their family member. Fast forward 3 months they messaged us saying we sent a defective product with MAF port welded backwards.
A complaint as serious as this one deserves our attention so we gave the go ahead to send it back for evaluation and potential exchange.

It was determined that the pipe was not produced by us. The case was denied a swap for the pipe.
